Leslie Anne Smith, M.A. Investor/Educator
Leslie Smith joined real estate investment school, Pacific Blue Investments as a Senior Trainer and Workshop Facilitator in 2004. One of PBI’s first students, Leslie brought to PBI her philosophy of long term and strategic real estate planning. Recently acquiring a Master’s in Psychology, Smith now teaches classes on her own and also works one on one with clients to personally guide them through understanding and acquiring real estate investments. Smith brings to the table an extensive background in buying and managing real estate. Investing for over a decade, she currently owns 45 units and possesses a unique knack for seeking out distressed yet profitable real estate opportunities.
Smith comes from a family of real estate enthusiasts; Her mother and father, residential and commercial real estate agents, and her brother a developer who manages his real estate portfolio full time. Having these role models, Smith is inspired by the steady and sustainable real estate planning that works so well for her family.
Smith was mentored by two time author and real estate broker Martin Stone. She quickly saw that by working with Martin and gaining insight into his 40 years of experience, she could catapult her investment knowledge. Her success has been recognized on Real Estate Investment TV. Com in a ‘My Way’ profile and she is quoted as a success story in Lisa Vander’s ‘Making Millions Through Real Estate’.
Prior to teaching on the power of investment real estate, Smith was a leader in the world of commercial directing. She has directed over 500 commercials around the globe for clients such as McDonalds, Toshiba, Sprint, Budweiser, Merrill Lynch, Kellogg, Sara Lee, Shell, Pepsi, Frito Lay, Time Magazine, Southwest Airlines and many more.
Smith's creativity, background in film directing and landscape design has heavily contributed to her success in investment real estate and now to her current success as a committed educator and consultant.
